Did You Know That God CAN Save Your Family?
God's original plan for His creation was the family. That includes a father, mother and children all living together under one roof. The family is designed to provide provision, protection and a safe atmosphere to raise children. Unfortunately, it hasn't worked out that way.
Any one who has gone through a divorce or separation knows the pain it causes. Part of Jesus' mission to earth was to help His creation.
Jesus said in Luke 4:18-22:
18 "The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me,
Because He has anointed Me
To preach the gospel to the poor;
He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted,
To proclaim liberty to the captives
And recovery of sight to the blind,
To set at liberty those who are oppressed;
19 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD."
Jesus came so He could heal your broken dreams, broken lives and broken hearts. He wants to heal marriages and families. Just as your heart aches when your child is hurt or sad, so Jesus knows your pain and suffering. And He has compassion on you.
Jesus can save your family. But you have to invite Him in. Jesus said in Matt 7:7-9
7 "Ask, and you will be given what you ask for. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and the door will be opened. 8 For everyone who asks, receives. Anyone who seeks, finds. If only you will knock, the door will open. - TLB
God can, and will save your family. But it requires that you ask Him to get involved. Invite Jesus into our life today and see what the God of all creation will do in your family!
